HARRY LADIS

Harry Ladis was born in Piraeus. He graduated from the law school of the University of Athens in 1995 and since 1998 he has been practicing law between Athens and Thessaloniki, especially in the field of criminal law.

 

His involvement in the defense of human rights before the European Court of Human Rights and with International Criminal Law led him to participate in the postgraduate program in International Law and Diplomatic Studies at Panteion University. He is currently combining his work with his PhD in International Law on the acceleration of criminal justice in Greece with the contribution of the Council of Europe.

 

He is a lawyer at the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) and a defense counsel at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

He cooperates with the embassies of Spain, Chile and Germany.

He is a member of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association and the Hellenic Society of International Law and International Relations.

He speaks English, German, French and Spanish.

 

MARINA DALIANI

Marina Daliani was born in Athens. She graduated from the law school of the University of Athens in 2000 and in 2001 she completed her postgraduate studies (DEA) in Public Law at the Robert Schumann University in Strasbourg.

After returning to Greece, she attended the postgraduate program of the Department of Criminal Law of the University of Athens. Her thesis on terrorism as a concept of criminal law was rated excellent and coincided with her first major trial as a defense attorney in the "November 17" case.

Since then, she has been practicing law, especially in the field of criminal law.
Her involvement in the defense of human rights before the European Court of Human Rights and with International Criminal Law led her to participate in the postgraduate program in International Law and Diplomatic Studies at Panteion University.

She is currently working on her PhD in International Criminal Law on Transitional Justice in the former Yugoslavia through an inquiry into the jurisprudence of international courts.

 

She is a lawyer at the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) and the first Greek defense counsel registered at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
She is a member of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association and the Hellenic Society of International Law and International Relations.
She speaks French, English and German.

KONSTANTINOS KOUTOULAS-SKALTSAS

Konstantinos Koutoulas-Skaltsas was born in Athens. He is a graduate of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since 2014 he has been a member of the Athens Bar Association. He specializes in the branches of Civil and Administrative Law.
He speaks English and German.
